Hello, I have a series of interlinking questions regarding the potential complications of a character I would be interested in apping.
Nulo is attached to a well as a wish-giver, appearing only on the full moon. People make their wishes, give them a token of their choice, and Nulo uses it to grant the person's wish as much as they're able. It doesn't always have perfect results and depends on what kind of person they are as well as the token given to produce said results. Nulo has lived their life attached to this well, by the silver strings around their neck. They can only emerge on the full moon, and their ability to leave the well is extremely limited, as their cords will pull them back.
Understandably, the world almost indefinitely would accomodate this somehow, I'm just curious as to how it would.
Would the well follow or be merged with Nulo somehow (which is kind of my preferred, but I'm flexible), or would there be some way in which the well doesn't come with? If the well were able to come with, would we have to work on how they can emerge without a full moon? They can be severed from the well, but cutting the strings on their neck, but this makes them human and inevitably alters their appearance, and I would prefer a way to at least keep their appearance (and abilities, if able) the way it is.
