Greetings, Traveler! Choose the appropriate form below to file your HIATUS, DROP, or CANON UPDATE so that the mod team can file these changes more efficiently. While the game is check-in only, due to the game's player cap, all players are asked to file hiatuses and/or drops or they may be at risk of being dropped from the game. Players who are swept from the game must wait at least 30 days to reapply.
HIATUS
Hiatuses can be filed at any time, but a player is allowed no more than a month (30 days) at a time and cannot file a second hiatus within 90 days. Players can choose to leave their characters on autopilot during their hiatus or choose to leave their characters in the "care" of the Temple Guards.
To file a hiatus, please fill out and submit the following form with HIATUS as your subject line:
DROP
Maybe you've reached the end of your character's journey. Maybe things just didn't work out. Regardless of the reason, we're sorry to see you go! While you are welcome to re-app the character, characters who are dropped by their players will lose their memories and return to the game with a clean slate. Their close CR may remember them, but alas, you will have to work around that awkwardness in game.
To file a drop, please fill out and submit the following form with DROP as your subject line:
CANON UPDATE
Canon updates may only be used to move a character forward in their established canon history. You cannot move a character backwards by updating to a later point in time. There are no limits to how many times a character may update, but remind players to be conservative with their canon update requests. Per the FAQ, "A piece of media, regardless of language, has to be out for at least one (1) month before you can app from the source material or update your character's canon point to it. For international media, this includes both professionally and fan-translated content, as the internet has allowed for most popular media to be translated almost immediately after release."
