Carter had a very good month for personal growth, he came to terms with some of his anger issues regarding Alex Summers (by yelling a lot and pissing on Alex's severed head) and then he helped save one of the Ripper's victims by actually using his powers for medical purposes.
He also finally got a haircut because Jean-Paul forced him to and then he met Daenerys and showed her around the city.
